"The hotel canceled my reservation without notice. They said my card declined but how can that be when I paid in full when I booked the room three weeks ago. The employee Patrick was no help at all and was very smug. I will admit my husband was for upset after a flight and having to drive an hour and 30 minutes from the Tuscan airport to find out the canceled my room. Patrick stated he couldn't do anything since I booked through a third party. I have used Expedia for years and have never had a problem with any booking. This hotel did not want my business and it was very clear that Patrick did not want to help. Thank goodness when I called Expedia and told them about the incident that happened they were able to get me a room at another hotel and 11pm at night. So I don't think it was a problem with third party booking. Someone messed up my reservation at this hotel and didn't want to take accountability for their mistake."

"The check in process is terrible, I did not receive email to fill out their waiver form as they mentioned that Expedia did not pass them my details. I had to get on multiple calls with them to get the link to fill out the waiver which took time, also I had 2 reservations with them for which I had to fill out waiver twice. Even after filling out the waiver, the access codes to our rooms expired, the office at the property only opens M-F 9 to 5 and since we were there for a weekend trip we didn’t had anyone onsite to help. We had to call the online help again and get help to get inside our rooms, there is confusion with the property access gates even for the help online, since they were not aware that there is a main gate and then another door for the rooms for which multiple access codes are requires. The main entrance is flimsy and had very bad odour , though the rooms were clean. All in all, I had a terrible experience and a lot of time was wasted in calls! Not recommended!"

"The inn is so cute! Loved the ambiance and staff (manager Savannah) was great! The bed was a bit hard for me but I slept well enough. There were some early risers and their talking early in the morning echoed through the place. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay. There was hot coffee and a good restaurant near by for a good evening meal."

"I came upon this property by chance and I’m so happy I did. From the staff being prompt and helpful over the phone and on arrival being greeted personally by Ron the owner and Rene the manager, to the ranch dogs greetings and the beautiful horses right near my casita and the wonderful interior and design of the casita I had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to return for a trail ride "
