"The property is clean and in a good location, it is pet friendly, and a great value for the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all questions and concerns. The furniture is dated, however, the staff and cleanliness more than makes up for this. We had zero issues and would stay at this property again."

"First time staying at Quality Inn in Benson Arizona, it was a good stay, got to check in early, the front desk agent was nice and helpful. The breakfast had several hot and cold varieties, the breakfast attendant kept all the food supplied and was a very sweet person. The rooms were adequate and clean, but do need some updating. The workers there are very helpful and work on any issues right away, from the front desk to the grounds maintenance personnel, they come quick to your room and work very hard to fix whatever problems you have. Check out was easy and the front desk was kind and professional. Would stay here again for a few nights. Good price, Nice stay."

"We have stayed here multiple time and will continue to stay again. The staff is friendly. The hotel is older but clean. It meets our needs. We always appreciate the bathroon sink being outside the bathroom. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but we are not breakfast eaters. "

"AC worked great. One of the TVs didn’t work. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Elevator was out of service. Check-in was a little time-consuming, but worth it since the keypad on the door and property made it very convenient to get in and out without risking losing a keycard. Maintenance guy was friendly. People living there were sketchy, but the town is generally safe."

"The staff were so friendly and hospitable here. The bed was incredibly comfy, and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. The only thing is there is a decorative rope along the wall, and it is so gross, you can tell it is not dusted or cleaned."
