"There was a slight opening between 2 buildings across the street. Not really visible ocean. The room smelled of bleach and the furniture had paint drops on it. One bed was missing rollers on front of frame so the head was lower than the foot of bed. Cracked tile. Number on door in magic marker. Kind woman at front desk moved us. Next room slightly better. Left early. "

"I booked this hotel on Expedia as a 19 year old. I arrived in town for a concert around 1 pm after traveling 4 hours from home and was told I couldn’t check in due to my age. I was told if I came back with someone over the age of 21 they would allow me to check in. I came back after the concert with a friend who was also in town and was staying at the Hyatt in West Palm Beach. The hotel denied letting the person check in on my behalf. Thank goodness I had a friend in town and could stay at their hotel or I would have been sleeping in my car. The hotel would not make any accommodations and they refused to refund my reservation. I’ve tried to speak with the manager, with Best Western, and with Expedia. Lesson learned to stay away from this chain and Expedia for reservations in the future. There are no safeguards in place to keep these kind of mistakes from happening. "

"Amazing ocean and pool view! Gorgeous sunrises. There is a parking garage. Restaurants within walking distance. Happy hour with snacks. Recently remodeled and spectacular. I highly recommend this place for a fabulous vacation! Fun in the 🌞 "

"They need to hire more people for the evening shift we had to wait 15 minutes before somebody can check us in we ask for extra bed. It was not available. We ask for a blanket. It was not available. Definitely you need to have some extra blankets available in the evening otherwise the location is great and the hotel is good. "
