"The hotel was immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. My kids were mesmerized by the wall fountain and bubble wall. The hotel did not feel like it was in Garden City, Kansas; it felt very high-class. The staff members were all incredibly helpful and kind. When we asked about restaurants, they had a list of local places and gave great recommendations. They even gave us a discount card!"

"Very clean room, beds comfortable 👌 and very clean, showers and toilets very clean small space for a bathroom, staff very polite and professional, we enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool after a good breakfast, Love to stayed at Clairon, this my third time staying here, love the quiet of the area, very recommended for anyone who loves the luxury, also they have a bar 🍸, restaurant if you don't want to be around the or get away from the place.
Thanks to the stuff I, I forgot my sweater and they were very nice to call me, so I went back to get it, thankfully I was still in town when they called me."

"The staff was fairly nice at first but the quality of the room was terrible, pictures will explain. I talked to them about the poor quality of the room and advertising a pool online but not communicating until I got there that the pool was closed. They responded by telling me I could swim in it even though their cleaning pump was broken and the pool was disgusting. Then when I tried to change my booking to a new hotel (through hotels.com) and the manager were terribly uncooperative. It took 3 and a half hours of phone calls to get a new booking because they kept trying to find alternative ways to keep me staying there.
I think this establishment needs to be renovated completely before anyone else stays there."

"The room was clean and spacious. (One king bed plus love seat and coffee table.) Fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, TV, charge ports all there.
The reception desk still had a COVID plastic divider between staff and travelers, and the breakfast was in a to-go bag, with two small muffins, one banana, OJ, and a nut granola bar. Also felt like a COVID protocol leftover.
But the staff person was friendly, and the price was right."

"Bathtub was badly rusted and descrepit. Elevator was noisey, not well maintained and had just been put back in service after being out of service for weeks, I was told.
Hotel in dire need of refurbishment."

"Hot tub and pool where under maintance and also doing an upgrade to rooms, which full understand, room work was under quality and plumbing was hooked up back words in shower. I try not to complain, as we are all humans and not perfect, yet not worth the money was charged. Wish could get a refund"
