"We had rented two adjoining Bayside rooms. Bedsheets had stains in one room. The other room had numerous stains on the rug. Ceiling shows bad patching and paint was old and yellow. Otherwise not bad for a place to just sleep and pass through. Price was unreasonably high but expected for prime season. All rentals in the beach areas of Delaware sky rocketed this year compare to last year rates at the same time."

"This place is a blast from the past, but in a good way! They haven't updated the look of the place (the bathroom still has the old heat lamp with a timer!), but everything was super clean, the room was large, the bed was comfortable and the furniture clean, and the AC was quiet and worked well.
But the best nostalgic part was the staff! They were super friendly and helpful about things to do etc., and you could see them working hard around the hotel. They definitely cared about the place and...
