We booked a garden room, unfortunately the room we were allocated, the balcony looked into water tanks, we were unable to have the ranchers open as the pumps made a reasonable bit of noise. "Our room was clean and tidy and the staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely. The issues that we did have were ; 1. that I reported a bedside table lamp as having an electrical fault on the second day. It was shorting out when I touched the switch. The reception sent an electrician, who agreed that the lamp was faulty and tried to fix it. When he couldn't fix it, he removed it and said the lamp would be replaced. It was not replaced during our 10 day stay, despite numerous calls to reception...
