"Very clean hotel with lots of amenities in the room such as a brush, toothbrush and toothpaste and daily change of a razor. My only criticism would be the breakfast. For a western customer, the lack of baked beans, fried egg, toast and bacon might come as a surprise and a bit of a disappointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "The location is awesome, steps away from Ueno park and Ueno train station. Our room was bigger than expected for a Tokyo hotel. The only pity was that their breakfast starts at 7:00 instead of 6:30, so we had to miss it to catch the train for airport, although already prepaid the breakfast at booking. "
