"The suite room has dust everywhere in the room. I wonder in how many weeks, there had no one checked in this room.
Toilet flushing water was all yellowish dirty water, can’t believe it’s in 5 stars hotel.
Hotel room Personal assistant responded slowly and insufficient.
The curtains can’t even block out the daylight in the morning.
The mattress hurted my back after waking up. It’s really ridiculous!
In the morning, there always just 1 staff in front desk. Not enough staff to handle and serve...

"Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again."
