"Beautiful place! Breakfast was not as we expected, for such an upscale hotel. TV in the room was not working properly. It had to be rebooted and once it just went off. Maintenance was very helpful, though. And we didn't watch much TV anyhow. But overall it was very nice and we would go again. "
"Parking is convenient, right outside your room. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean but very old and outdated. The bathroom needed fixing up; the caulk and grout had mildew stains. The ceiling in the sink area of the bathroom must’ve been replaced at one time because it was a bare plywood ceiling. I’m guessing there were water leaks up there. The plumbing shaked, rattled, and groaned after flushing the toilet. Every single time. We didn’t use the shower, so no attestations to its quality. There were only 2 very old, very flat pillows on the king-size bed for two travelers. There was only a flat sheet and a thin, scratchy blanket on the bed. No comforter/quilt/bedspread. Heat/AC system worked fine in the room. Microwave and refrigerator worked fine too. This place would be okay at $50 a night (a bargain in today’s motel/hotel world) but not at $80-90. "
"There was plenty of parking all around the hotel, even with a wedding party staying. We took advantage of pool the evening we checked in and the morning we checked out after breakfast.
Staff was friendly and everything was relatively clean and nicely in place. My only complaint was the back stairwell. My son has a fear of elevators and we had to use the stairs often and it was absolutely filthy. Like someone tracked mud in regularly. Overall our stay was great and we'd stay again. "
"Pet room is $30 extra which I did not know until check in. Room was clean
Whirlpool looks like it needs cleaned and jets were not very good. Other than that decent stay "
"This is a very clean nice Hotel. Staff were great! Due to the location, it’s very loud. Sleeping was challenging. The interstate added noise all night. We will not stay again personally due to how high traffic the area is. "
"There was no a hot breakfast and for a hotel that charges that much and has a pool you think they would have a hot breakfast. There are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. Even 2 star hotels have these items in the rooms. "
