1st night arriving in Bali. Hotel was close to airport. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Sri gave a wonderful massage right at the hotel. Woukd definitely stay again

As the door lock was broken, the service took care of me as soon as I asked for a repair. Correspondence was good early. It is better to think that service fees such as room service will be paid on the spot.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-kept. I had absolutely no complaints about cleanliness or maintenance. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable - it really felt like a home away from home! The breakfast buffet was outstanding with endless choices. Overall, this place is a really great deal! Would recommend to anyone!

Nice place to stay.

The room is nice and acceptable for the price. Recommended. There is hot tap, shower, tv, fridge, safe, e_kettle for free coffee and tea...etc. But young staffs are still poor in English.
