I've been notified before our arrival of the arrangement and despite booking it wrong on the website to have 2 single beds instead of a king bed, they managed to accommodate it to our preferences last minute. The whole staff has been so friendly and very attentive to our needs throughout the trip, from messaging us the night prior to get our breakfast order to noticing our discomfort following a rough trip to Nusa Penida,...

"There is nothing we did not like. Stayed for 10 days and time flew by. My daughter and I were welcomed with open arms being our first time.in Bali. We were accomodated in every way you can imagine from taxi rides to food serving in the room. Amazing staff everyone knows you by your name, always a smile and no question too dificult. For our first time.to Bali we are blessed coming to Abian Klumpu Vila & Spa in Sanur. Thanks team!"

"Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. "Amazing staff"

"On arrive we found our room to be a bit dark and the doors, although beautiful, had a 2 inch gap either side which concerned me due to the mosquitos that had bitten us in the previous location. I made my concerns known and we were offered a new room which instantly felt better. The staff were amazing about this and it did not seem to be a problem at all. The room was a good size for us two and our teenage son. Cleaned each day, with fresh towels and three bottles of water were left in the room...
