"Getting on the WiFi was a nightmare to sign onto. It took multiple times entering the same ID and password to get in. When I tried to sign in another device, it wouldn’t allow it. Same problem for my wife’s phone. Absolutely frustrating. This should be a user friendly process that doesn’t require unnecessary user info. Worst experience I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays over the decades! Get IT to revamped their processes and policies to accommodate the customer sign-on."

"Was a joke. Try their powered eggs. I couldn't eat them. Not much elst to them. Justed tasted awful. Even the orange eas off."

"This property must be in the process of renovation. I’ve stayed at other Microtel hotels while traveling and this property was not on brand at all! More like motel vibes. The HVAC system would not stay on the whole unit would turn off whenever it chose to do so. Room was missing fire alarm. The price I paid and what we got was not worth it. This is just one opinion."

"When you check in the young lady at the front desk is very amazing. She goes out and beyond to make sure my stay is very pleasing "

"The driveway had horrific pot holes, not sire they have control but they are bad. Parking lot was fine. The train is very close and woke me every night. There is black mold on the window seals. The carpet in the hallways were wet and sticky. I had to remove my shoes on entering my room. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. "

"I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. "Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. When we arrived back to the room a roach was crawling on the wall. Not many options in the area. Could use more updates for sure. Door key reader is old and rusty. They tried but it needs some...

"Breakfast staff was kind, friendly, and approachable. Front desk staff was, as well. The pool was a reason we picked the hotel (for a child) and it was far too cold to enjoy. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known it would be too cold to use. That was the reason for a lower score."

"The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. "
