"Front desk ploeple not nice"

"This place is awesome and unique!! Every room we walked into was inviting and told an amazing story. Our room was nice and clean and was stocked with all the toiletries and amenities at no extra charge. The hosts were super nice and helpful with whatever we needed and they even serve a made to order breakfast every morning. The downstairs laundry room and kitchen had everything we needed to wash and dry our traveling wardrobe and make our own coffee and food that accomodated our dietary...

"The room was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It had everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Front desk staff were helpful. Paying for parking on the app took a few minutes and it would be preferable to add the charge to the room for guest convenience. Nice property and not too far from the airport."

"Although we rated each section of this review with an excellent, we gave the hotel an overall good rating. This is because a third party company “owns” the parking lot and charges customers for parking. I doubt this is for security purposes and am pretty sure that the hotel is making a kick back from it. It is too bad that the tip for the housekeeping staff ended up going to this paid parking."

"Very nice rooms and very well priced. Made reservations for 3 rooms and a little later had to add 1 more room. Staff did a fabulous job getting all the rooms close together."

"Customer service was good upon check-in. A little rough, though driving to hotel from airport with the shuttle. Extremely bumpy. Not sure if it was the road or the van? Room was spaces and clean. Only issue was the elevator was dirty and food left on floor."

"Rooms do not have in room coffee machines. Coffee in lobby. Only ice machine is located on 3rd floor. Room was comfortable and bed was nice. Overall would recommend this hotel."
