"Room was fine but was not fuctional. Found a roach in the bathroom. Sink was a weird shape that got all wet and splashed water everywhere. Shower knob was broken and shower smelled like mildew and mold. It also flooded all the time too. "

"The toilet was not connected to the wall and pipes exposed in the back. Also rocked when sat upon. Same with shower head, pipes exposed and hanging out the wall. No water pressure at sink at all. Had to wash hands at bathtub faucet. Black spots splattered on ceiling above bed. Mold on curtains above AC unit. Old Spice sticker stuck to smoke detector above bed and hanging down. Overall the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at, and I usually gravitate towards this hotel chain as they are usually pretty decent. Hotel staff member at check in very rude. Would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Overall a great place to stay. Location met my needs in terms of being close to my event with food, gas, groceries ring near by. It was quiet. Staff was friendly and place was clean. I did find the room to be a little on the warmer side. "

"We only stayed for a night, the hotel was alright. We had been given a room, just to walk there and finding staff painting the room, so it had to be changed. Room change was quick, but we were in a rush so it was inconvenient, and also a display of disorganization between staff. The room we were changed to also smelt of cigarette smoke, but as we were in a rush we had no time to change it. But the room served its purpose, overall, it was an average stay."
