Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. The exterior renovation wasn't happening during your stay, as it is too cold outside and will be finished in the Spring. We are sorry if someone's pet made you uncomfortable, please feel free to contact the front desk when situations like this arise so they can further assist the situation.

We are sorry your experience wasn't the Hampton level we are known to deliver. Unfortunately, microwaves aren't a brand standard. We do offer a microwave available 24 hours in our lobby for guest use. We also have our king deluxe rooms with microwaves and of course if you asked the front desk, they would have been more than accommodating to deliver a microwave for you. The coffee makers in the rooms are designed to make one cup, therefore, there are no need for an actual coffee pot. Please feel free to contact the front desk and they would have been happy to assist you with the coffee maker.
