"Beware, the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. I got a call a little before 9:00pm asking where I was, that was kind of odd. Once I got to the property a few minutes later to check in I realized why they called me, it's because they wanted to go home. The person helping was extremely friendly and courteous. "The entire hotel feels open and spacious. The eating area is well-designed and offers multiple options for seating including sofas with coffee tables. The rooms are trendy and comfortable. The location is excellent for enjoying Bend, but you will want a car available to you to access areas outside of downtown. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and while we didn't go into the fitness room, it looked very clean with multiple options for exercise. I drop the rating to 4 stars because there...

"Great hotel and location, excellent fire pit, pool, jacuzzi & bar. Only thing the walls are paper thin, you hear everything. They provide ear plugs. Highly recommended hotel."

"Lesson learned. Booked a 2 night stay for 4 of us. We checked in and although I booked a 4 bed private room they set us up in a 3 bed room. Our 4th person ended up not being able to make it so that worked out. But we did pay for the larger room despite not receiving one. In addition the whole house was completely trashed, fridge full to the brim with items and a rancid stench. We couldn’t use any of the communal space at all and we’re pretty much ostracized to our room only. I assume because...
