"I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack. "

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. "The property has been open for less than 2 months and everything was new. The kitchenette was just perfect. The location of the property, albeit next to the freeway, was quiet and perfectly located just a few blocks away from entertainment and dining establishments. I will definitely stay there again. I am glad to say their fire alarms work very well. During my stay a ding-dong guest burned their popcorn (May 7th) on my floor and activated the fire alarms. The emergency was averted and the rest...

"I’ve stayed at a few Springhill suites. This one looked old and not super clean. Easy parking, Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. Bacon would have been nice. Just a thought and clean the carpet and buy some new mattresses. Tv in the bedroom part wasn’t working. WiFi was good. Location was good. Good staff. Hotel looks a little dated and not super clean."
