"Immaculate property in quiet, peaceful mountain setting. What's not to like."

"Last minute book sent me to off site which means it's located different property last minute no other hotel was available. They sent me to Strawberry creek room was not great, dirty shower had molds. Dusty furniture, we did not use shower my husband was keep saying bugs biting him. Not happy, front desk was not open to help."

"Bring your own firewood. Easy walk to town. Rustic but affordable. We would of liked a table and two chairs, we stayed in the redwood. The bed was comfortable."

"This is such a cute, quirky, and quaint hotel. I love that there's a small number of rooms available, it's pet friendly, and they deliver continental breakfast in the morning in a cute basket. Definitely bring a broom and bug spray to get rid of all the high to reach spider webs on the balcony and ant control in the room. The hotel is close to everything! Very convenient. My family loved it and we will be staying again!"

"The room was very spacious, neat, quiet and clean. Especially the bed was really comfortable. I can also say we used all the amenities such as mini golf, sauna, hot tub and board games. We didn't have a private patio with our room so we played board games at shared areas watching birds and mountains. It was fun. The continental breakfast was great too. I think they serve bagels from a popular local shop and they are super delicious. I just need to say that the ice machine in the bar area was...

Nothing over the top, just a solid, well-priced stay that checks all the boxes. What really stood out was the staff. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. "Soft beds in cozy and cute rooms that lean into the retro charm of Palm Springs. The decorations and vibe are so nostalgic and safe. There is a kitchen with drinks and snacks, and clothes in the closet. Staying there reminded me of being a teenager babysitting my little sister when my parents went away for the weekend. Total peace and possibility."

"It was a great property and great staff. The only problem was that we were on the side to the bar next door and it was 1:30 in the morning and still loud. But the staff were amazing. I reached out and they assisted right away! I would definitely stay there but request a different side lol"

"The rooms were excellent. The staff was fantastic the kitchen we didn’t use except for as a bar parking right in front no problem… one problem, bathroom floor tile when wet very slippery. I fell and bruised my ankle on the last day and went to the VA to have it taken care of other than that all good."

"The room smelled slightly musty but not overwhelming or in any way that ruined my stay. The common spaces and room were otherwise spotless. The pool area and grounds were also well maintained. I made a reservation last minute because my flight was cancelled. I called after I made the booking and they promptly sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. They had my type of room ready so I was able to check in early and go lay by the spacious pool for the afternoon instead of fighting for my life...
