"Last minute book sent me to off site which means it's located different property last minute no other hotel was available. They sent me to Strawberry creek room was not great, dirty shower had molds. Dusty furniture, we did not use shower my husband was keep saying bugs biting him. Not happy, front desk was not open to help."

As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. "This is such a cute, quirky, and quaint hotel. I love that there's a small number of rooms available, it's pet friendly, and they deliver continental breakfast in the morning in a cute basket. Definitely bring a broom and bug spray to get rid of all the high to reach spider webs on the balcony and ant control in the room. The hotel is close to everything! Very convenient. My family loved it and we will be staying again!"

"The rooms were excellent. The staff was fantastic the kitchen we didn’t use except for as a bar parking right in front no problem… one problem, bathroom floor tile when wet very slippery. I fell and bruised my ankle on the last day and went to the VA to have it taken care of other than that all good."
