"Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. "This place was perfect for our family. We were able to prepare meals in the room and the room was quite comfortable. The property was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. We enjoyed having the restaurant right on property, along with the bar and their various entertainment opportunities. The property is on a very steep hill, there were people walking it daily, but I would not recommend that. "

"My problem was that my bathroom shower drain had hair in it and the floors wasn’t clean. Sticky and slippery. Also if there’s no towels and wash cloths on the rack where they belong look under neath the sink in the cabinet. The room was awesome awesome though. "
