"The apartment is in great location, extremely close to shops, pubs and restaurants. It has everything you need for a city centre stay and was very clean. However, the bed was very hard and so made nights uncomfortable."

"NO WORKING WINDOWS
The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. "East to find nice and clean let down by no welcome pack , really badly scratched non stick pan (should be binned) biggest problem no ventilation at all in the
bedroom small rooflight in the small ensuite .booked for a week left 2 days early due to no way of getting any fresh air in the bedroom way to warm. A rooflight in the bedroom would solve the problem ."

"Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. "
