"I was allocated a tiny room with no air conditioning. Shower also didn't work. In fairness, when i reported problems, staff quickly put it right. I paid £288 for 2 rooms which i feel were very substandard. However staff were excellent and food was good."

There were no spare pillows in the room (I don't want to have to ask), no toilet brush in the rest room which is fine if maid service makes a good job of cleaning the toilet; which they didn't. Beginning of mould in shower could have done with a deep clean in bathroom.No air conditioning in rooms really isn't good enough in this day and age. "My mother and I stayed in a room with two queen beds. Very clean, beds were so comfortable, we both had a tremendous night sleep. The air con was a little slow but worked all the same. The staff on both days we're helpful, very polite and kind. The breakfast was hot and fresh and staff were responsive to our needs as well as the needs of others with clearing plates, getting extra bread, to go cups etc. Only criticism i can make is the bar didn't take cash and we don't really use card.
