"Rooms weren’t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff weren’t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. We hardly was allowed dinner as they were closing down. So we rushed through dinner and generally didn’t feel very welcome. Beds were poor and rooms felt very old. And it wasn’t even very affordable. Not coming back. "

"The hotel feels brand new, with stylish decor and a lively vibe throughout the common areas. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed — a large TV, plenty of charging ports, and soundproof windows that actually worked. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The breakfast was a highlight: great variety, fresh options, and definitely worth adding to the stay. I also really enjoyed the bar area in the evening — it had a fun atmosphere with snacks, drinks, and a social setup. The location is obviously perfect for the airport (just a short walk or shuttle away), but the experience itself didn’t feel like your typical “airport hotel.” It was much more fun and well-designed. Would definitely stay here again if flying in or out of Berlin!"

"It was a good place to stay the night for the airport, the room was small, but we had AC, and it was great. Breakfast was terrible, bread was hard, no eggs, no bacon. We had to pay for breakfast, and we were not impressed at all. The Staff wasn't friendly, the orange juice didn't work, ran out of creamer. I received breakfast for free at several hotels in Germany, and they were great, then, I had to pay for something that was not good at all"
