"Das Zimmer im Ohana war sauber und ordentlich. Leider konnte man nur ein kleines Fenster kippen, was natürlich kaum Frischluft brachte. Auch gab es keine Rezeption am Hotel, sodass man bei Fragen durch das ganze Resort laufen musste. Empfang gab es im Hotel kaum und auch das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück fand direkt im Tropical Islands statt, wo wir geschlagene 25 Minuten! anstehen mussten."

"Leider war unser Mobilehome sehr abgewohnt. Geschirr war nicht für 4 Personen ausgerichtet, Fliegengitter waren defekt und die Heizung ist trotz Reklamation die ganze Woche an gewesen, da man sie nicht ausstellen konnte. Die Tür war trotz verschließen nicht richtig zu. CheckIn und CheckOut hat leider sehr lange gedauert. Im Schwimmbad waren sehr viele Spinte, alle Duschen im Sandbereich, und das Solarium die ganze Woche defekt. Wir fanden die Preise für Essen und Getränke zu teuer. Für eine 4...

"If hotel is not fully booked, you may get the room at bargain prices. BUT: you will then get the worst rooms facing the parking lot and not the quieter ones. Obviously they don’t care if you come back."

"Excellent room with a huge space. Modern design. Comfy bed. Seperate toilet cubicle in the bathroom. Lots of storage space. It was just really hot, the aircon was sadly so ineffective. The outside temperature was 30+. Would stay in cooler weather but not hot again."

"Uns hat der 4 Tage Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Auch das Abendessen mit regionaler Küche hat uns zugesagt. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Empfehlungen für Veranstaltungen z.B. einer Kahnfahrt gegeben."
