"We are a bit of hotel/resort snobs but this place was great for its location.
We stayed here while dropping off our daughter at FSU. It is in Collegetown right near the stadium. The hotel is very clean, new, spacious, and comfortable. I’m a bit of a germaphobe so I inspect everything like the shower, floors, bed etc., and I was fully happy here.
The staff is wonderful and the restaurant is good! The coffee in the morning at the bar is DELICIOUS. I loved their iced shaken espresso- one of the bests I’ve had.
The only complaint I have is there is no valet. For this hotel, you would think they would have a valet or a bell hop? But unfortunately, they didn’t have either. I just did not like having to drop off our bags, then my husband had to park the car in the garage and walk across to get back to hotel.
Regardless of the inconvenience of the parking, we will be staying here everytime we visit our daughter at FSU in Tallahassee.
