"Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. Spacious, beautiful appointed, sauna, oxygen spa bath. Spotlessly clean with helpful fabulous staff. Convenient laundry facilities. Small traditional restaurants in the streets and alleyways made for some great cultural / gastronomical experiences. Great work Gion Elite Terrace "

"一人暮らし用のマンションのような間取りで、過ごしやすかった。キッチン、電子レンジ、洗濯機もあったので、長期の滞在にも良さそう。洗濯機用に個包装の洗剤もあったので、かゆいところまで手が届く宿泊施設だなと思った。また、アメニティも一通り充実していてかなり助かった。また利用させていただきたい。"

"Very spacious and clean rooms, having a washing machine and dryer inside the room was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is walkable and in a safe area. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming, polite, warm, and most of all professional. Above and beyond my expectations, we truly feel welcomed and at home. Thank-you"

"West Japan made a wonderful stay in Kyoto. If you’re staying long term, this is the place. The room itself came with all the amenities, including a full kitchen and the area was a 10 minute walk to Gion and other popular areas. The only con is I would say it is far from a train station, but most things were walkable or a taxi ride away. "

"Stayed here about a week with my brother and I must say this was a fantastic choice. Located less than 5 minutes away from the Gojo train station, it is right next to alot of amenities so you can walk or commute to wherever you need to get. It's also one stop away from Kyoto station, so long distance travel is alot easier. Being an aparthotel it's larger than that standard Japanese hotel which was great. "The apartment has everything that you need. It's clean e well organised. There is a wash machine that washes and dries clothes and it doesn't make noise. That helped us a lot in this hot weather. One observation:: I just missed an iron. I definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you very much for this wonderful place!!"
