For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). Overall an amazing experience at such a well cared for property. Truly exceeded our expectations. "
