"The staff here are lovely! The hotel itself is close to the tram network, a pharmacy, a supermarket and many restaurants. If I find myself back in this area of Paris, I will definitely book here again!"

"Clean room, the staff were friendly especially Leo who went out his way to straighten out the last of our 4 nights booking. Had a fully equipped kitchen with micro and fridge. The onlydown side is their shower didn’t have a full enclosure but only halfway so water got out despite our best effort to stay in a corner. It’s an older building without AC but oscillating fans were provided."

"It was a great place, just be aware that this is more like an apartment rather than a hotel. There is not cleaning service unless that you are charged a fee (so no change of towels, toilet paper etc) and if you want breakfast and is not included in the reservation you have to tell the front desk the prior night to be able to pay and get it, I wish we knew this before, but for us it was a great stay regardless."

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations.
Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. We found uncleanness in the kitchen, the bed linens did not appear clean, and the kitchen counter was dirty. We had to contact housekeeping and request additional cleaning.
The refrigerator was also extremely noisy. We reported the issue, and a technician inspected it, but we were told the noise was normal and no action was taken. W could not sleep during nights!
