"Exceptional! Arrival with Rona, Ed & Jason was kind, genuinely welcoming and happy to have you. We shared pleasantries and laughed which is nice as a solo traveler after traveling all day. Easy check in. Room detailed. Everything as it should be. Directly across from Platitude Arena for Celine! This team nailed the service delivery and was truly happy. Nona bartends as well. Met Gio from FL after the concert trending bar. One evening security officer wasn’t as happy, refusing to take a...

"Chambre junior bien équipée. Personnel aimable et à l’écoute. Trés bien pour la nuit."

"very friendly staff"

"The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The light switch was broken and the bedside lamps at the side of the bed. The hotel looks amazing from the outside but is very poorly maintained. The female toilets in main area door handle and lock broken, they were grubby. The springs were coming out underneath the sofas in the main reception area. The bar was not stocked couldn't grab a quick beer. The outside area is nice but doesn't get cleaned the same coffee cup has been on the table for 3...

"Did like that you had to schedule a to go to the pool and if you didn't show up you had to pay a fee for no show"

En revanche, le petit-déjeuner était vraiment à la hauteur : beaucoup de choix, des produits variés et un bon moment pour commencer la journée. Malheureusement, pour un 5 étoiles, je m’attendais à une chambre plus...

"A little small"

"Very convenient property to stay at. Lovely staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that Uber eats or Uber taxi couldn’t get to our hotel because there was construction on the bridge. We figured out the metro that was close by and used that. Also the height of balcony fence was a bit short for younger children in my opinion but still standard. Highly recommend"

"Nice hotel for the event I was attending"
