"No staff and problems with online check in, even at site. No one there to assist. Room was clean and basic. No amenities, had to go 4 blocks to find a shop w toothbrush. "Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!"

"We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. "I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! The room was great!!!! Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful ! Breakfast Buffet...
