"Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful Great location close to supermarket and train station Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Air conditioning in room didn’t work but front desk provided a fan which helped tremendously Bathroom sink was small and drained very slowly, slow shower pressure, yellow fluid under the toilet seat, guessing left over urine that wasn’t cleaned?!? Complimentary drinks in the mini bar def a plus."

"The stay was amazing. The room is decent size and bathroom is locked and private. There is a locker in the room and dark curtains to block out the light. There are windows for fresh air that was a bonus. Friendly staff and gave us an early check in. "

"The hotel was very good. Spotlessly clean, everything worked well and I really enjoyed my 4 nights staying here and I slept very well each night once I fell asleep. A little bit of street noise from neighbouring restaurants but manageable. Super convenient location in the Center of the old town and I would stay again . "

"Great location. Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk as you exit ( left direction ) from Lucerne Barhoff ( train station ). Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to (museum) Rosengart Collection, Lake Prominade, Jesuit Church, Chapel’Bridge, Old town streets, restaurants and boutiques. Excellent front desk staff & house keeping, good breakfast. Newly renovated rooms. "

"Bed could be moved closer to the windows to create more space to place luggage. The platform space near the windows were wasted."
