"This place is nice, although doesn’t have AC so room was very warm. If you open the windows at night, street is moderately loud as it’s a main road. Shared bathroom and shower were clean. Very nice beach to swim and relax. Breakfast was good!"

"Convenient hotel location. The rooms are a bit small but ok. Please put a door to separate the bathroom from the room. It’s extremely uncomfortable and weird to not have one and that can be easily fixed. Other than that, all and all good."

Location is great. Just outside of old town. It’s far enough not to hear noise all night but close enough to easily walk to anyplace we needed to go. "The two women receptionists behavior was nasty. The one who was on call on Saturday morning told me in a gross way and spoke to me in Spanish, when I told that I spoke English, she pretended to show off and told she could even speak in German if I needed to. Very nasty woman"

"We stayed at Cascada in Lucerne for 4 nights. Overall, the location was very convenient to the town, trains, buses, and just walking around to basically everything. The hotel was clean and very functional for our family of 3. The rooms were functional but small. Thats ok because most of Europe has small hotel rooms.
