"Staff was so very accommodating. We traveled 14 hours by car and about 2 1/2 hours prior to arriving, I made the reservation on hotels.com. Not sure if I inadvertently tried wrong date or you can’t make reservations for same date but I didn’t verify before accepting non refundable rate. I called hotel directly and they told me they thought they could change it. When I arrived I was told they had made a mistake and they could change it but they would let us stay without payment as they get payment the next night from hotels .com. . I offered to pay and they they could reimburse me later. Very impressed with all the work that Amelia at front desk and (perhaps her manager) did to work with me. They never once made me feel like I was putting them out for my own mistake. Highly recommend for customer service.
My only minor complaint was the beds were too firm for my liking but I would still stay again knowing how much their staff values their customers "
