"Great modern apartment/hotel with really friendly and helpful staff who respond to your requests really quickly. The building is brilliantly located to everything you need to see in Krakow in short distance. Lots of convenient shops etc very close by. Krakow is a great city too. Absolutely worth visiting. The hotel was also very good value. There were a few small issues. One was a leak above the bed that dripped on us as we slept and woke us up at 2am. It made a section of the bed and duvet...

"Excellent condition of the rooms and the property in general (one of the cleanest and well renewed I have ever been). From the negatives, I would start by saying that I do not appreciate the use of automated check-in/check out systems at all. The human touch and the presence of employees who can assist travelers on a broader time basis, are strongly missing these days. It's okay to save costs, but it's not enough for a pleasant guest experience "

"We had a pleasant stay at the Fragola Poppy apartment. The apartment was an all-in-one space with the bed, sofa bed and kitchen area as one space. There was plenty of space for our 3 adults traveling. The sofa bed was very comfortable according to our daughter. Space was clean, and the apartment was in a good location near many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Would highly recommend. "

"everything was great overall. location was excellent and walkable to SO many historic attractions in addition to shops, nightlife, restaurants and more. staff were very accommodating and helpful. we did find a sock (not ours) under the bed and a few stains on the linen. would stay again. "

"The apt. Is right in old town great location! You have to park your car in a different location than the apartment. The big down side for us was the 5 flight of steps. Great if you are young, but we aren’t. The people where very helpful with parking and taking the luggage to our room. "

"Great value, helpful team. Brand new student accommodation and very comfortable. Made good use of the mini kitchen. 15 minute stroll to main square or main train station. Only minus was ground floor room did not have openable window. But not needed even in mid 20°s. Recommended"
