"I have three major requirements for a hotel: safe location, comfortable beds, and it needs to be clean. This hotel hit two out of three. The area seemed safe, and the bed was comfortable, but the room needed a serious cleaning. The sheets appeared to be clean, the trash was emptied, and the towels were stocked, but the floor was dirty, and the bathroom needed a good going over. Since there was loose dirt and debris between the beds, it is also safe to assume that the floor was not mopped. I cleaned up some water next to the shower and it left brown residue on the towel.
The hotel had a fun atmosphere. There were people quietly making use of the pool table and just sitting around having conversation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They just need to work on getting things cleaned up."
