"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "

The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. "This property deceived me like a fraud! I'm a international traveller and I only have credit card. Just 5 minutes later after I booked the apartment with a 100USD payment, the property asked me to transfer the deposit via bank account with a debit card, or they won't send me the instruction to enter the property.
