"My time at the hotel was not great the days I was there it was very hot; there are no Air conditioning in the both rooms they put a small fan in the room. The fan gives off a hot air instead of cold air. Next thing NO REFRIGERATOR is in the rooms either I had two rooms book under my name and when I checked my friend room it was the same like mine; I went downstairs to entire about the rooms I was told each room doesn’t have Air conditioning or refrigerator; I was so disappointed for my first day...

"The Belfry trades heavily on its famous name, but the experience doesn’t justify the premium price. My room was clean but very dated, with no air conditioning and only a noisy fan that made sleeping difficult even before the real issue started. The biggest disappointment was the late-night noise. Guests drinking on the terraces created a constant level of shouting and disturbance that was completely at odds with what you’d expect from a luxury golf resort. I booked expecting a peaceful night...

"We always enjoy our visits to Bosworth House Hotel - lovely staff, wonderful extensive gardens and lots of places to relax. It really is one of my favourite hotels. The very pretty village centre is also just a short walk away. A perfect 'getaway'."

"Room was clean. But paid for a club room which when stayed at other village venues have a massive bed. This didn’t. Room was baking. (With a desk fan supplied). Shower broken also. Spoke to reception whose reply was surprised as this had just been refurbished I was told yet no offer to swap rooms or fix during our stay. Went for this hotel because we stayed at other village venues. But massive let down. Very disappointed. Should have chosen a premier inn or holiday inn. Wasn’t great at all....

"Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again."

"1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 small bottle of water and 1 biscuit between 2 people. You cannot use the facilities on the day of checkin until after 3pm unless you pay extra. Prices have increased yet you get less for your money."

The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . Don’t stay here ."

"Very nice hotel with excellent bar and restaurant. Rooms in the cottages ample size but not much sound proofing with neighbouring rooms."

"Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend."
