The TV wasn’t working during my stay, and even though the staff came to check it, they couldn’t fix it. The fridge also didn’t work, and a lot of the room equipment felt old and outdated. There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel up to the mark. For the price, I expected at least the basic things to work properly. The stay experience definitely needs improvement, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
