"They have a very nice fitness room. We have stayed in the past and our room was awesome. I can’t say that this time. The toilet was either very old or not clean in weeks. The pillows were uncomfortable- the pillow with the sham was the best pillow but I don’t normally use them because of the decoration on the case. The window seal had dead bugs on it. I paid extra to stay in the hotel versus the others in town because of our past room. However after this stay I would not pay the extra money to stay here again without knowing what part of the hotel I would be staying in. Because we have family in town I will try a different hotel next time"
"The room was clean and staff was helpful. I didn’t have cold running water in my room but made do. It was affordable and quiet which was all I needed."

A/C barely kept the room cool
Only had decaf coffee available
Door closure was extremely loud

"Parking is great. Staff is great. The room we had was very comfortable & clean. Very accessible to pretty much anything you'd want in Norfolk. The first morning's breakfast was very good, however the second morning's breakfast was not good at all. "
"The room was not clean. We had to clean the toilet and toilet bowl lid prior to using due to very nasty. There was nicotine running down the walls instead of being cleaned even though it was a smoking room. The provided shampoo and conditioner were empty. Stained sheets where you lay like someone bled on the sheet and they failed to dispose of it. All in all just a very bad experience in this room. Our first stay was a very clean room and was satisfactory however this was the total opposite"
