"Very clean & comfortable room! Service desk employee was extremely friendly & helpful. The bed particularly was soft and comfortable with a large tv. The only issue in room 228 was that the air conditioning/heater did not work at all. It had no power but it was cool enough to where we didn’t worry about as we were too tired to deal with it."

"The staff was very accommodating. The bathroom not so much. There were long coarse black hairs all over the floor and hairs also on the walls in the shower area. The bed linens were fresh and clean and the floor also. There were a couple old soap wrappers under the desk."
