"Everything was clean .. check in was perfect.. we were 5 hours early and we were allowed to use the pool while we waited for our room… kiddie pool was great to have for our 2 yr old grandson… beach view was great.. beautiful sunsets! Pizza at the cafe was yummy and not badly priced!
We plan on returning!!
Beach bar drinks were a bit high priced but expected that …still didn’t stop us from buying them!!"

"We had 5 people and the room was big enough for all of us. The layout was great and was exactly like the pictures. The room was very clean, and the surrounding area was also clean and inviting. "We had a very pleasant stay at Mint House St. Petersburg – Downtown. The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown St. Pete and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, museums, and the waterfront.
One of our favorite features was that it’s more of an apartment-hotel than a traditional hotel. Having a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit made our stay much more comfortable and convenient.
