"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "This palace is a dream, beautifully appointed, stunning views and Dorothy, the owner, felt like an old friend. I wanted to stay so much longer. Only improvement would have been directions or signage on how to find the grand abode. Once found, parking was available right out front on the street, a safe street. "

"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "

"The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful but their English was limited. We had lunch there the first day and it was good and reasonably priced. The chocolate croissant and coffee for breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Tivoli. Highly recommend. "
