"Dirty, Smelled of cigarettes and urine. Stinky. Old outdated everything. Thick layer of dust on all surfaces. Worried about bedbugs. Property is extremely poorly maintained. Never again. It’s clear that the owner/ manager has no commitment to quality service. They are indifferent and apathetic to keeping their premises clean and presentable. Rusty urine on the toilet seat bolts. Layer of dust on the box spring, pictures, fridge, heating vents. Not cleaned in years. Disgusting. No dead bolts or secure locks. Pictures to prove my statements."
