"Check in was great, and quick. I really appreciate the breakfast voucher and the convenience of the 2 restaurants in the building. BUT When I got to my room I noticed it was very poorly cleaned, make up was still spilt on the counter, hair in the shower and bath tub, coffee table didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was in town for a prenatal appointment when I got to my room I was exhausted and just wanted to lay down and relax. The last thing I wanted to do was walk all the way back down the hallway (I was at the very end on the 4th floor) to request a clean room. When I checked out I told the front desk about the filth and she didn’t seem to care she said I should have requested to switch rooms. I was very disappointed with the lack of compassion and the lack of willingness to do anything! "

"Good location but the pool and gym was closed. There was construction all around our room. Could hear everything as the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t good. You could hear when the contractor dropped a screw on the floor above us. "
