"Our stay was only one night but the room was in great shape, very clean and comfortable. The only critique I'd leave is the remote to the TV was very dirty. The housekeeping staff could take a moment to wipe those down. I had to clean it before using it. But that was a small thing compared to the overall pleasant stay. There were renovations going on on the 2nd floor. They were careful to put us away from the construction and we never heard or saw any signs of it, or had it disrupt our stay. The breakfast was fresh, buffet area was super clean and well kept by whomever worked the morning of 8/1/26. I didn't get her name but she was so polite and seemed to take pride in what she was doing. Last but not least, the front desk clerk Crystal (sp) was AMAZING. So helpful, polite, and professional. I'd stay again just bc of her alone but we were very pleased with the property. Only stayed here bc our usual choice hotel, Holiday Inn was booked solid, but i think we've found a new fave. Will be back for S&P Festival!"
