"Going to this hotel we knew it wasn't going to be a 5 Star hotel. We attended a show at the Rhythm City Casino so basically just needed something close knowing that we wouldn't really be at the hotel much at all. The hotel wasn't necessarily run down but you could tell it has some age on it. The room seemed clean upon entering however the elevator, particularly the floor was disgusting and very dirty which made me question the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast didn't leave much to be desired. The juices from the machine were pretty much water. The selection of everything else wasn't great- we both said we should just go elsewhere for breakfast. While the room was clean, the comfort of the bed was awful. The mattress was hard as a rock. Maybe for those that like a firm mattress this is ok, but we did not sleep well because of the mattress and I woke up with my back hurting. Would I come back and stay again at this hotel? No. I would pay a little extra for a different hotel for a quick overnight stay like this one was."

"Check in was a quick and easy process with exceptional customer service. Good choice of breakfast. Easy parking. The room was very clean. The beds comfortable. "

"Room assigned had a broke window that was taped. The tape was loose; wind blew through and it was cold. When mentioned in the morning to lobby attendant, he didn’t seem concerned."
