The only downside the area has no restaurants so eat in the area you’re in that day before coming back. I knew this so it wasn’t a negative for me. I loved our stay. "Great location, had plenty to do and see in the area. Within easy reach of transport. Fresh towels every day and bins emptied, housekeeping every 3 days unless you request more, this worked for us. We didnt eat at tge hotel as we preferred to eat and experience all the local foods. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"It’s a clean hotel 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. But rooms are quite cramped. The hallway is not wide enough to open a large (30 in) suitcase. It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"
