"A solid performance for this hotel during our stay (2 nights), in line with what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Very clean, comfortable beds and room overall. Breakfast is fine, with varied options. Pool area was clean too. Staff is nice and helpful. We do hear the airplanes a bit, which is not surprising given the location but may bother some very light sleeper. Overall, I would recommend."

"No accessible door. There was an empty Pepsi bottle in our room and no light bulb in one of our bedside lamps. There was a large water bubble on the ceiling above the bed, the heater was falling apart"

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room could use some updating and a bit more cleaning, but it was good enough. I do wish the garbage compactor and kitchen sink were deodorized as the odor was a little strong. In the end, I would stay there again. "

"Every single person that worked there was friendly and genuine. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed everything about our stay. Matt and Ian wanted to talk to me everytime I saw them. They just wanted to know how our day was going not just how we liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Different waffles and omelets each day made my kids happy. Plenty of choices and the dining area just looked modern and very comfortable to relax in. The pool area was clean and they didn’t run out of towels. Every hotel runs out of towels usually. I was very happy the pool and hot tub was up and running because they entertained my kids in between hours of the day we weren’t going anywhere. I needed a few random tools because the battery in my key fob was dying and I didn’t want to get stranded. I was happy I could get the battery changed with their help. I don’t know everytime I stay here it’s always perfect. I could go on and on. Please let them know how valuable they are. "

"The room overall looked clean but I found hair that didn’t belong to me on the pillows and the towel. The soap dish wasn’t cleaned and the shower didn’t drain properly (also some hair left in the basin). I also wasn’t given a trash can for my room. The blackout curtains wouldn’t slide all the way over so I had some trouble sleeping as well. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the staff was kind. "

"Kudos to the staff/policies ensuring safety; do you have reservations?, what's your car to park in hotel grounds? I didn't appreciate no microwave in the room but I'd fringe. I didn't appreciate extending online but had to check out for previous week and come back after 3:00 pm to check in again for another week."
