"Loved that we had a kitchenette, room was spacious. We enjoyed the communal rooms. Only suggestion I have is that the shower tile be cleaned properly or replace the grout as some corners of the shower had some mold upon arrival. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. "

"We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out....

"Muy bien ubicado en una área muy segura "

"Exceptional location, comfortable apartment with great amenities, beautiful rooftop lounge. Elevator was not working during our 4th floor stay so we got our exercise; caution if you are traveling with mobility issues. The last morning when we got up to get ready to leave for the airport, there was no water so we couldn't flush the toilets or shower; not sure if that's a common issue as we were leaving and didn't ask. Overall a gorgeous, safe place to stay in an exceptional location!"
