Por un momento Pensé que la persona estaba bromeando por lo ridículo de la situación, al momento me di cuenta que la persona estaba hablando en serio . Terminé pagando 150 pesos para no discutir porque mi taxi estaba esperando para llevarnos al aeropuerto. QUE VERGÜENZA! Que manera de perder...

"Great breakfast and friendly staff. The gym was adequate but could do with pull up / dip frame. The concierge (I think Lazaro was his name) was very helpful as was Jose on reception. "

"Staffs were super helpful but the property needs serious update/repair. To begin, broken elevator and steep stairs to climb up to the 5th floor at 2000 altitude is not fun. Then coming back to WiFi no able to connect for two days in a row. And the noise from insufficient insulated windows leaking sound from nearby pubs and clubs… Stay away if you prefer NOT to climb stairs to your room, working WiFi, and peaceful place to rest. "

"Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel."
